Neal Land & Neighborhoods is well-capitalized and is always seeking to acquire new land for short-term, long-term, and joint-venture scenarios. We are committed to delivering a quality product and begin this process through a thorough due diligence analysis before acquiring a property to sell, entitle, or develop.

Whether you are looking to sell land to us or purchase one of our sites, we understand the complexity of the analysis required to ensure a

perfect match.

Our team understands the importance of working together with clients, consultants, and local jurisdictions to aid in obtaining necessary zoning and other governmental approvals. By receiving input from citizens and community leaders throughout the planning process, we ensure that we entitle property to not only increase financial value but to generate the highest and best use for the community and end-users. We are committed to solutions for economic, environmental, and social growth.

Neal Land & Neighborhoods currently owns or controls, directly and through joint-ventures, approximately 5,500+ blanks and lots available for residential and mixed-use development. We also manage multiple agricultural parcels. Our success is largely based on carefully thought-out comprehensive master-planning and acquisition

of land in the path of future growth, bringing a higher standard of excellence to Manatee and

Sarasota counties.
